aware of your safety in the workplace? Recently, the Inspectorate of Social Affairs and Employment published an investigation into accidents at work. For example, it appears that the majority of accidents occur among flex colleagues who have been working for more than three months. Most accidents at work take place in the morning between 09:00 and 11:00 and 15:00 and 16:00.
Together with you, we want to prevent accidents in the workplace. At the start of your work you will receive, among other things, an occupational health and safety checklist on which possible risks are indicated for your work. And whether you should use personal protective equipment. Continue to pay close attention to this, even after you have been working for a while. Most accidents happen to temporary workers who have been working for more than three months!
As soon as you cross the threshold with the client, you have a number of obligations:
- Take care of your own safety and health and that of other people within the company.
- Participate in organized instruction, work and information meetings at the employer.
- Work carefully and use the work equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Report it to your manager and the employment agency if PPE is missing.
