The takeover is aimed at collaboration between the two companies and strengthening each other's services. Acquisition approval
The supervisory authority for the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) has yet to rule on the takeover. This process is expected to be completed by the end of this month. The parties will not make any announcements about the acquisition price.
