Employment agency achieved a place in the top three of Best Workplaces in the large organizations category for the second year in a row during the Best Workplaces event in Amsterdam . Just like last year, the employment agency with more than 25 years of experience participated in the Great Place to Work survey, which consists of an employee survey and an assessment of the employee policy. On both parts, Actief Werkt! scored better than last year. For Actief Werkt! , the award is a nice recognition for the employee policy that the company pursues, in which it always puts its employees first.
Employees first
Actief Werkt! is growing fast and has since this year held a top-10 position in the Dutch market for temporary employment agencies through the acquisition of Prima Staff at the beginning of 2019. The employment agency therefore welcomes new employees every month. For Actief Werkt! , employees come first. The basic principle is that satisfied employees are the source of surprisingly good and personal service. That is why Actief Werkt! invests intensively in a good employee policy.
This is reflected in an extensive onboarding program, among other things. Actief Werkt! also attaches great value to 'celebrating together'. For example, in recent years the company took all its 300 employees on a fully catered weekend away; celebrating successes together, good for team building and a way to thank them for their efforts.
Director of Actief Werkt! , Ronald Kardol, explains: “We are growing faster than the market. That is why we invest more than ever in our employees. Space to do business
In order to attract good employees, Actief Werkt! will soon start a new recruitment campaign, entitled: “You do it at Actief Werkt! ”. Kardol explains: “In this we emphasize that we think it is important that our employees feel the space to do business, that they can develop themselves and that they can be themselves. The Great Place to Work survey shows that these are points that employees find important, that's good to hear."
The company not only finds it important to invest in its own employees, but also flexible workers are not forgotten. Kardol: “We have had a very personal approach and service for more than 25 years. This is also appreciated by clients and flex colleagues.”
