Do you want to buy a house?

Perspective Statement Dozens of flex colleagues have now received a perspective statement from Actief Werkt! This allows them to apply for a mortgage from their bank. The perspective statement looks at your future opportunities on the labor market.     In addition, the lenders also attach importance to the opinion of us as an employer about the (future) employability of you, as a temporary worker. We do this by taking a critical look at your resume, work experience, references, previous assessments and personal conversations with you.

A perspective statement is not the same as an employer statement. Sometimes an employer's statement is sufficient. You can get information about this from your mortgage advisor.

Rules for applying for a perspective statement

•   You have been working at Actief Werkt! for at least 1 year at the time of the application
•   The processing time for an application is a maximum of 3 weeks (counting from the moment that you as a temporary worker have submitted all necessary documents).
•   A complete and good file (references, assessments, interviews) does not automatically lead to the issuance of a perspective statement because the prospects on the labor market may be disappointing.
•   To avoid fines, it is important that you wait before buying a house until you have the perspective statement in your possession.
•   The perspective statement is valid for six months after issuance.
•   The perspective statement is accepted by the largest mortgage lenders, with the option of a National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG). These are ABN AMRO, Aegon, BLG Wonen, Florius, ING, Obvion, Rabobank, RegioBank and SNS.
