NederlandsTSH Vakopleidingen is our partner in training. Many flex workers have already been trained there, for example to become a welder or an electrician. TSH recently started a second training location in the Botlek. There the focus is on training in mechanical engineering. You can, for example, train there as a pipe fitter, or follow a pressure test training.
With the expansion of this training offer, Actief Techniek and Actief Werkt! can train more people. This gives these employees a better position on the labor market, and we can serve our industrial customers better. Een nice development!
Harold Scholing, director of TSH Vocational Training, explains; “For years we have been training welders and taking care of their welding certification. In recent years we have regularly been asked whether we can also train pipe fitters. These professionals no longer leave school via the regular training courses, and there is also an aging problem in the sector. TSH vocational training wants to ensure that craftsmen are trained as pipe fitters again, we will do this from our branch in Emmen and our new branch in the Botlek.”
TSH Vakopleidingen uit Emmen , annually trains more than 350 people in electrical, installation and welding technology and provides welding certification for many welders from all over Nederland .
Actief Techniek and Actief Werkt! train many flex colleagues and skilled workers through TSH. This greatly improves their position in the labor market.
