Rob Dijks is a flex colleague at Actief Werkt! . He trained as a driver. "It has now been three and a half years since I was looking for a new job. Through an acquaintance I ended up at employment agency Actief Werkt! (then known as Tence). During the intake interview, among other things, I was asked about my ambition and what I would like to achieve. I was soon able to work for one of Actief's clients. It didn't just stop with questions. My career wishes were also really listened to. After working for the same client for two years, I was offered training as a driver.
