NederlandsGood news! From 1 January there will be a new collective labor agreement for cleaners. This means that wages will increase in steps by 7.5% over the next 2 years. 
Of the more than 6000 temporary workers who work through Actief Werkt! , a large part of works as cleaners. This is good news for them. According to the Flex Act, you are entitled to the same wage as the employees who are permanently employed by the clients. This applies to gross wages, but also to ATV days, allowances for overtime and irregular hours, initial wage increases, expense allowances and increments.
Pay raise
The new collective labor agreement will run from 1 January to 1 July 2021. Wages will increase by a total of 7.5% during that period. The distribution is as follows:
- 2% as of January 1, 2019
- 1% as of July 1, 2019
- 1% as of January 1, 2020
- 2% as of July 1, 2020
- 1.5% as of June 1, 2021
