NederlandsJoris has been working at our client Van Gansewinkel since early 2016 via Actief Werkt! . Nelleke is a recruiter, and 
are regular contact person at Actief Werkt! . She regularly speaks with Joris. Not only about practical matters, but also about his dreams and ambitions. Joris said that in his spare time he is a volunteer with the rescue brigade and is following training to become a guard on the water. He lives with his girlfriend in Drunen and has great ambition; he wants to ride the ambulance in the future!
In 2016, together with Actief Werkt! , he took the first steps to achieve this ambition. Joris started out as a loader and has also followed a driver training. Nelleke sees Joris as a typical example of a hard worker who makes his dreams come true. She sees him as a real go-getter, it is not for nothing that he completed his education so quickly. Joris told Nelleke that he really likes his job as a driver at Van Gansewinkel. He has grown from loader to driver and has been in the car since June 2016. This new job gives him more hours, more salary and a nice experience place to master the driver profession. Een step closer to his dream job!
