Temporary workers also have ambitions. It may not be asked much. And as a result, it can be difficult to put that ambition into words.   We like to see that very differently at Actief Werkt! . Consultant Anouk has invited flex colleague Nick for such an ambition meeting. Nick actually has two ambitions. His dream is to turn his hobby into a job: he wants to work with computers. He also mentioned the ambition to obtain his Reachtruck certificate. Nick became a father to son Max in June. He is very proud to say that he would like to spend more time with his son. Anouk promised to see what the options were.


STOOF issues training vouchers to give temporary workers the impetus to lifelong learning and to make them enthusiastic about further learning. When Anouk heard about this, she immediately nominated Nick. Nick has now received the training voucher, has planned and passed the training for the Reachtruck certificate. Nick is happy with this opportunity and now also drives the Reachtruck around client Mooy Logistics. The client also contributed ideas and offered Nick the flexibility to work part-time.

Nick is happy with this great opportunity! He now has a super long-term job and time for Max!
