'Customer satisfaction and supplying the right temporary workers with the right age mix, those are the three most important KPIs for us.' As team manager of logistics support, Pascalle Dijks supports the entire logistics management. Think of leave, schedules and the flex pool. Every week she switches with the team of Actief Werkt! it comes to scheduling temporary workers. 'After the tender in November, we will be working with two employment agencies, including Actief. Een special situation because the intermediaries and also competitors work literally opposite each other, in one office. Despite the competition, we expect good cooperation between the two parties and that is going very well. Both employment agencies complement each other and jointly come up with points for improvement.'

Fixed flex pool

Active works in-house at three main Royal FloraHolland locations. Within a short time the teams realized in Rijnsburg , Aalsmeer and Naaldwijk a core with permanent flex colleagues. 'The locations are responsible for their own work processes and flex pools. This is sometimes easier at some locations than at others. For example, in Rijnsburg we ran into the problem that we can offer temporary workers few hours. But by thinking about this together and looking at how we can offer temporary workers extra hours, we can prevent any outflow,' says Pascalle.

Proactively involved

Deployment specialist Meyrthel Hoogdorp of Actief Werkt! : 'We would like to professionalize so that the work processes at all three locations will run smoothly. FloraHolland has just come out of a reorganization and is ready for the next step. We will then start a follow-up process together with our competitor. In any case, we are completely ready for that professionalization and harmonisation.'
