After weeks of preparation and waiting, we officially started today in our brand new location in Waalwijk . Actief Werkt! wants to be physically closer to clients and flex workers by opening new branches in order to lend a helping hand.
The young team of the branch in Waalwijk experienced the first working day as a real party. 'The neighbor across the street welcomed us with lots of balloons on behalf of the local shopkeepers' association. And if we needed anything, such as stairs to hang up the posters, we could call her on her mobile,' says Sanny van der Velden , branch manager. 'Breakfast with a delicious cream cake on behalf of the management to wish us success, a bunch of flowers from our regional manager, followed by another beautiful bouquet on behalf of all our colleagues, spread all over the country.'
A festive welcome for Sanny and Anouk. 'In the afternoon the first temporary worker walked in. He also left the site with a smile, because we were able to immediately provide him with a job. The start is good, the placements and contracts are starting to fall so this promises to be a good year. We're looking forward to it!'
