Flex workers are one of the most important pillars of the current economy in which many companies, both small and large, depend to a considerable extent on their flexible shell. Een aspect that, according to Actief Werkt! , is still too often underexposed. Reason for to put our flex workers in the spotlight and to show appreciation for their work and commitment. We are therefore organizing the Superkracht 2017 AW!ard election.
Actief Werkt! strongly believes in a personal and local approach. Director Ronald Kardol of Actief Werkt! explains: “This personal approach and guidance is greatly appreciated by our flex colleagues. This is confirmed time and again in our satisfaction surveys, in which we also see that the degree to which a flex colleague would recommend Actief Werkt! in his environment increases every year. With the current election we show our appreciation for their efforts. We also use this personal approach for clients. We want to be as close as possible to our customers and job seekers. This is the only way you really get to know each other well and we can make the right match between companies and candidates. We notice that this approach works very well.”
