Do you have a portfolio with examples from previous clients? For example, for published articles or studies, add the link to your resume. You make it easier for a recruiter to enter your stage. This also applies to your social media. Recruiters simply love an online search for your person. Then make it easy for them right away, they really appreciate that.
Show your references
In fact, recruiters are mainly curious about the stories of your current or former colleagues. LinkedIn of course offers the possibility to view recommendations from previous clients. But as we mentioned before, make it as easy as possible for the recruiter and add any recommendations directly to your resume. For example, you might be able to give the recruiter that one push to invite you for a job interview.
