7 tips to prevent a winter dip!

The winter! Hot chocolate and all kinds of holidays take place in winter, but it is also a season of cold and dark days. And for some people the winter dip hits. That's why here are 7 tips to combat the winter dip, and to get through the winter season full of energy!

1. Go outside!

Dress warmly, put on warm shoes and go outside! Not only is it very beautiful outside when the leaves come down or when it has snowed. You also get more energy from the outside air and natural light! For example, download the app 'Ommetje' and compete against your friends, family or colleagues!

2. Stay Actief and move (in the open air)!

By staying nice and moving Actief , you also get more energy. You can do that through the gym, but don't make it harder than it is! Taking the bike to work or getting some fresh air during the lunch break: everyday life is full of moments when we can get some exercise.

3. Bring in the light

A winter dip has to do with the changes in the amount of light. In autumn, the days become shorter and the sun's strength decreases. So open the curtains and go outside to enjoy as much natural light or the sun as possible!

4. Spend the cold and dark days with people around you

5. Don't forget your vitamins!
