Opportunities for recruiters
It is a logical consequence of the overall situation on the labor market: there is a high demand for recruiters. Whether or not you are fine with that, of course, depends on your interests and skills. Do you want to grow in the direction of recruitment? And in what kind of environment? Are you a master in online recruitment, or do you get energy from a selection interview at a high level? Recruiters are in particular in demand for the IT, construction and healthcare sectors. Recruiters at the HBO level are especially popular, closely followed by recruiters at the MBO level. There is considerably less demand for academically trained recruiters. Do you have affinity with the sectors in which a lot of staff is required? Then you can assume that your career prospects are good.
