NederlandsTogether with 325 colleagues, we kicked off the year with our annual Kick-off event. It was an evening full of energy, inspiration and team spirit. This time we did not choose the standard setting; we were in the middle of the sporty and dynamic atmosphere of the KNVB in Zeist . For the first time in a long time, the event took place live again, making the team spirit and solidarity even more present than ever before. With the KNVB in Zeist as a sporting atmosphere, the tone has been set: The Actief colleagues will score again in 2024!
The kick-off: Actief will score again in 2024
Our directors kicked off by addressing various topics that will determine the course of our company for the coming year. From strategic goals to the importance of collaboration, each topic was addressed with a clear vision of driving growth and success for the entire organization.
Guest speaker Erben Wennemars
One of the highlights of the evening was undoubtedly the speech by top athlete Erben Wennemars, who took us on an inspiring journey through his career and personal beliefs. His message resonated deeply in the halls of the KNVB Zeist : "Winning at all costs does not give the same feeling as winning together. Een Top performance is not achieved alone, but together."
The Actief atmosphere
The atmosphere during the event was again 'the Actief s', namely with a lot of positivity, enthusiasm and humor. The interaction between colleagues, exchanging ideas and strengthening mutual ties created a sense of solidarity. The live aspect of the event added an extra dimension, strengthening the personal connection between colleagues.
A day without laughter is a day without Actief !
Colleagues had the opportunity to nominate silent heroes, those who took job satisfaction to a higher level last year. The announcement of the colleagues with the A-factor created tension, because the well-deserved A-factor winners received a T-shirt with the 'T-shirt Shooter'. The colleagues received a Limited Edition ' Actief Werkt! T-shirt' with the print: 'A day without laughing is a day without Actief '. The A-factor gives a nod to the human and pleasant aspect that makes Actief Werkt! a great place to work.
During the kick-off event, colleagues from Actief Werkt! were reminded of the power of collaboration and the value of a strong team. With inspiring speakers, committed board members, and the active participation of all our colleagues, we have not only heralded the new year, but we are also ready for a year full of growth, success and joint achievements.
