In our job mediation we ensure that there is always attention and space for 'the person' behind the story. Sounds logical, but we regularly see flex colleagues flourish when they notice that we really want to know what's going on. Our flex worker Frans is such a colleague. Together with Frans, we have gone through a THROUGH trajectory, which means that he is now better placed with one of our regular clients.
