Vacancy Recruitment Marketer

You are the forerunner in the market for whom Recruitment Marketing Automation no longer holds any secrets. You will get started with inbound labor market communication, recruitment marketing, data and analysis and sourcing! By means of data you know how to analyze and optimize the recruitment funnel like no other. You want to continuously improve by proactively evaluating and learning based on results achieved.

This is a national role, where you will work for our 3 labels (SME, Inhouse Services and Actief Techniek ). We expect you to be present at our head office in Breda at least 1 day a week, otherwise there is a lot of flexibility and freedom in this role! We are looking for a candidate for 32-40 hours.

What are you going to work with?

You have an overview of the recruitment processes and ensure that the vacancies are filled in the short term with the right candidates. Because you know the wishes of the internal organization, but also of our target group, you know which channels to use and when. Een good Candidate Journey is sacred and that is why it is important that (potential) candidates are served the right content in the right phase of the journey. You are creative in this and dare to think out-of-the-box.

• Analyzing/optimizing job boards
• Set up/maintain online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
• Analyzing recruitment results, budgets and the 'candidate journey'
• Implement job marketing
• You think along about recruiting vacancy texts, labor market communication and employer branding
• You are our ambassador to the labor market, including through social media and universities of applied sciences
• Thinking along about continuous improvement of our recruitment approach: you know and research the latest tools, the labor market and advise on this

• You also have HBO working and thinking level
• Do you have experience as a (Recruitment) Marketer, Employer Branding Specialist or as an intermediary / recruiter, in which case it is important that you have a demonstrable affinity with recruitment marketing.
• Are you someone who keeps the overview and can direct within multiple recruitment processes.
• You are aware of the online trends and tools and the ins & outs of social media.
• You like to work 32-40 a week and you are in possession of a driver's license
