Corona: how do we deal with this together?

The coronavirus has a lot of impact for our customers and our flex colleagues. It raises many questions. We are happy to provide some more information here.  

 

Is Actief Werkt! open to visitors?  

The measures have been tightened further since December 15, and since January 12 we know that these tightening will apply at least until February 9. This means that we work online as much as possible. All our branches are easily accessible by telephone and online. We only meet when there really is no other option.  

 

Available employees

When you need (temporary) employees, we can act quickly. The current situation means that the needs of each client vary greatly. Some companies have less need for staff, which means that we can quickly deploy our flex colleagues elsewhere. Would you like to know what we can do for you? Please feel free to contact us.

How do we communicate with our flex colleagues about measures?  

We actively inform our flex colleagues about the measures taken by the RIVM.   Of course the hygiene measures are very important. It is also good that they are included in the guidelines of the company where they work. We think it is important that our flex colleagues know what is expected of them, and that they can contact you as a client and us with their questions and concerns.  

 

What are the most frequently asked questions at the moment?

There are, of course, many questions. What happens if you have to scale down or when a company closes? What are the consequences if flex colleagues are unable to work due to illness or due to care tasks? What are flex colleagues entitled to, what are you entitled to? We would prefer to answer these questions for you here. Unfortunately, there is usually no unequivocal answer. That is why we advise both our flex colleagues and you as a client to contact the contact person at the location. They are happy to help.
