One of the tools we use is holding ambition talks. We take the time to sit down with our flex colleagues on a regular basis. We want to know what moves them, where their interests lie, how they see the future. To then determine together whether Actief Werkt! can have a role in the execution. For example, offering opportunities to follow a customized training course, discussing the ambition to be part of the permanent staff or moving on to another position. Together with our clients, we look at what added value training can offer. For now or the future.
Education and training

We have a platform for practically trained flex colleagues and for MBO or higher educated flex colleagues to easily get started with this.

In addition, our loaders can take courses for Cleaning Employee or Environmental Management Employee (KCA) to be flexible in their deployment. We have options for training flex colleagues across the board, such as courses and training courses in the direction of “green worker”, such as handling the brushcutter and combating the oak processionary caterpillar.
