Difference between broadcasting and seconding

With temporary employment, we work with a flexible employment contract and you only pay for the hours worked. Een command can be stopped at any time. This is not possible with secondment, which offers both you and our flexworker more security. The flex worker receives a regular employment contract with a pre-agreed contract duration. Also with secondment you only pay for the hours worked and the risks of illness, failure or dismissal lie with us.
