We are looking for a logistics leader who is ready to take the next step within his position in logistics.

We are looking for an assistant team leader for a large international logistics company in Zwolle . This company processes valuable packages from large to small. Depending on the crowds, the teams are between 6 to 8 people.

As an assistant team leader, you are the team leader's cooperative right hand. In the absence of the team leader, you know how to keep everything on track and provide guidance to the team. This also involves administration so that all packages are processed properly in the system. This is a full-time job for a longer period of time with multiple career opportunities. Industrial estate security officer

As a mobile security officer you are on the road both during the day and at night. Your working day starts at the head office where you pick up the work car. Then you go out with a cup of coffee (or tea) to check your route. Your surveillance car is also your office, equipped with all necessary communication tools. As a security employee you are responsible for various tasks, including opening rounds, fire and closing rounds, inspection rounds and alarm follow-ups at various buildings and industrial estates. You identify suspicious situations and behavior at an early stage and report this. Whether it concerns a false alarm or an actual burglary, you ensure that the situation is under control. This position requires independence and a strong personality, as you often act on your own initiative.

A professional approach and effective communication with the client, visitors and the authorities (police) are essential in this role. As the face of the company, a neat and confident attitude is very important. Since safety does not have a nine-to-five mentality, flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, night and weekend shifts from Monday to Sunday, is necessary.

Driver Support Employee

As a logistics support employee, no day is the same. You are in constant contact with the couriers, both face to face and by telephone. Before each trip, they come to collect the suitcase for their route from you. This includes an iPad on which you have already uploaded the correct route and a pin device for the afterpayment of the packages that need to be delivered. It can sometimes be quite hectic, because the sooner the couriers start their journey, the faster they get back to the depot. Together with the driver support team, you will ensure that this goes smoothly.

When the couriers are on their way, you support the couriers and answer their questions. For example, is a customer not at home? Then you make a new appointment for the courier. In addition, you further monitor the identified problems and actively think about solutions. You are in contact with the planning, account support and call center departments, so that they can take the necessary steps at any time to deliver orders to the customer on time. You also perform administrative tasks and adjust your ride data.

You are available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, of which you work 8 hours a day and are willing to work on Saturdays occasionally.
