Training Operator 

Does it seem interesting to you to check the progress of the production process in a factory? Do you work adequately and do you intervene if necessary? Actief Werkt! now offers you the opportunity to follow operator A and operator B training. During the training you will be employed by Actief Werkt! and we will guide you together with the company where you work. It does not matter what previous education you have followed or what profession you have practiced. With the right motivation, we help you to obtain your diploma. You work and learn at the same time, so you earn a salary while following your education. After completing operator A training, you can move on to operator B training.

  ✓ Motivated; 
  ✓ Willing to work in shifts; 
  ✓ Technical insight is an advantage.  

We ask for a flexible attitude in which you bear the responsibility for completing the study. Keep in mind that as an operator you often work in a shift system. It is therefore important that, in addition to the work, you also spend sufficient time on completing the theoretical and practical modules.
