Operator

As an Operator you can choose from different departments:

Secondary Processing: You are operationally responsible for the quantities produced, the quality of the products, lead time, safety of work and keeping the product administration up to date.

Nedshape ; The department makes complex and different products with a high degree of accuracy. With the help of about 10 installations, steel wire is cold-formed using moulds.

Upsetting : In this department we produce a semi-finished bolt from steel wire by adjusting and adjusting tools with machines in up to stages with several dozen sets of tools.

Technical service employee

As a Technical Service employee you will work within a team of technicians. Together you take care of the maintenance of the means of production and the improvements thereof. In addition to organizing and carrying out maintenance, you are the pivot in the communication between production and maintenance.

engineer

The Engineering department is responsible for:

• Developing (or optimizing) all Nedschroef internal production processes
• Developing and preparing the cold-formed products requested by the customer with or without machining operations 
• Performing technical feasibility analyzes when requesting a quote;
• Managing technical knowledge and technical information carriers (internal and external drawings) to ensure continuity.

Actief Werkt! and Nedschroef work together to train operators. This means that Actief is ready for you during the training process. At Nedschroef you can always ask for support from the training coordinator and/or trainer.

• You are willing to work 4 days and go to school 1 day.
