Customs team leader

Your role as a customs team leader at Schiphol means that you not only manage a team, but also contribute to its growth and   . Your goal? Your responsibilities as a customs team leader:

• Achieving results agreements with customers and making adjustments if necessary.
• Chairing team meetings and setting the agenda.
• Act as a contact person for customs and perform quality checks.
• Resolve problems and take corrective measures in consultation with customs.
• Maintaining customer contacts, advising and adjusting if necessary.

What we offer you:

Gerlach offers a full-time position with an annual contract and the prospect of permanent employment. With working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at the permanent office in Schiphol . So you can count on:

• A salary between €4,000 and €5,000 per month, depending on what knowledge and experience you bring.
• 25 to 39 vacation days. This includes 6 flexible à la carte days for free time, extra salary, company fitness or a cycling plan. There are also options to purchase an additional 8 days.

What we ask of you:

You are a born leader with a passion for customs matters. You have:

• A professional training course for a declarant.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role or a strong senior with coaching experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
