What does the role of contract manager at Lucide entail? 
As a contract manager at Lucide you will be seconded to various customers. You establish clear agreements with suppliers and ensure accurate management and monitoring. You are involved in tenders, where you provide input for the program of requirements, set up the tender, identify interesting suppliers and focus on risk management and contract content. In addition, your tasks include:

• Monitoring the contract scope and resolving any ambiguities and gaps.
• Recording and improving supplier performance.
• Providing status information, finances, progress, risks and decisions (management reporting).
• Manage and assess claims.
• Registering and monitoring contracts (contract management), including documentation, overviews and correspondence.
• Responsibility for contractual changes, extensions and terminations.

• A fixed-term contract, with the intention to convert it to an indefinite-term contract.
• A salary between € 2,500 and € 6,000 gross per month based on 36 hours, depending on education and work experience.
• Extensive training opportunities, for example obtaining CATS CM.
• A company car or a subscription for traveling by public transport.
• A job for a minimum of 28 hours and a maximum of 36 hours per week.
• 8% holiday pay, 23 holiday days based on a 36-hour working week and a generous bonus scheme. 
• Flexible and hybrid working can be done in consultation with Lucide and Lucide's customers.

What we ask of you:

You are good at networking, you are a good listener and you think proactively. You are someone who comes up with solutions and makes crystal clear agreements. You are a specialist when it comes to contract management. You know that when you play together, there is a win-win situation for everyone. Furthermore you have:

• A completed HBO education (an associate degree or bachelor degree).
• At least two years of demonstrable experience as a contract manager.
• A good command of the Dutch language.
