We are looking for a customer-oriented administrative employee for a supplier of healthcare products in Heerlen . The company where you will work is a specialist in improving people's self-reliance and supplies resources. The target group you will be working with requires a friendly and patient approach, but you are also able to set boundaries. You are the company's calling card and are in close contact with the workshop, where technicians tailor the tools, and also with the advisors.
Activities involve:
Answer incoming calls, inquire about the customer's problem and, depending on the type of question, solve it yourself or put it in touch with the technician:
Planning the time and route of repairs to be carried out for the field service technicians:
Drawing up schedules for the 24-hour shifts for the technicians:
Creating service receipts via the system:
Processing requests for aids:
Making appointments for deliveries by telephone:
Making quotations;
Creating invoices.

A full-time job with future prospects. Salary between € 2600 and € 3600 gross per month on a full-time basis depending on your knowledge and experience. You are also entitled to an end-of-year bonus. Naturally, this is a versatile position, within a company with short lines and an informal atmosphere.
