What are you going to do? 

In the exciting role of Production Team Leader, you take charge every day with determination and dedication. Your primary focus is on leading, coaching and motivating the team, and together you strive for optimal efficiency on the assigned production lines. Quality, delivery reliability and costs are of paramount importance.

You are not just a spectator of the day-to-day operations; on the contrary, you keep a keen eye on the Critical Performance Indicators, such as the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), for the assigned production lines. As guardian of the quality of the produced product, you are responsible for accurate registration of quality tests, work orders and consumption registrations.

A smooth transition to the Production Shift Leader of the next team is self-evident for you, and you ensure that this transfer goes smoothly. Your involvement with the team goes beyond purely operational matters; you continuously analyze areas for improvement and formulate targeted spearheads to take the team's functioning to a higher level.

To keep your finger on the pulse at all times, you ensure timely insight into the team's production results. You not only focus on internal processes, but also maintain close contacts with supporting departments and external parties. These collaborations are invaluable in creating synergy and ensuring that the team is optimally supported in their pursuit of success.

• Gross monthly salary between €3600 and €4500 per month, including allowances for irregular work.

What we ask of you:

• MBO4 diploma or demonstrable work experience equivalent to a relevant education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial position.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language.
• Flexibility with regard to working in a three-shift system.
