What are you going to do? 

SPIE Building Solutions is all about technology and buildings. Together with customers, they strive for pleasant and healthy working environments. As a management & maintenance contract manager, you are the point of contact for customers in Amsterdam . You ensure that their installations function optimally and make maintenance agreements. Your work: 

• You coordinate and draw up maintenance arrangements for mechanical, electrical and structural aspects. Recording these agreements with the customer is one of your responsibilities, and you also monitor compliance with them.
• You have a guiding role. You lead the operational team assigned to you and ensure both quality and customer satisfaction. You also take commercial interests into account and monitor profit margins. 
• You ensure that contractual obligations are enforced, that you maintain contact with customers and that work is carried out efficiently. 
• You report to the customer manager, who in turn is responsible for customer management.

You can count on a salary of €3,600 to €4,000 gross per month, based on full-time employment of 40 hours per week, with the option of flexible working hours and working from home. In addition, we offer:

What we ask of you:

As an independent contract manager, it is your job to manage the processes and ensure that agreements are complied with. You have good organizational skills, a planned and structured approach, an interest in understanding the customer and the ability to think along with them. We also ask: 

• HBO working and thinking level and experience in the building management sector.
• Commercial insight and experience in negotiating rates.
• Experience in managing Critical Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Availability for a working week of 32 to 40 hours.
