Production employee

You are essential in the production process, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to process various materials. Your efforts directly contribute to the end product that arrives to customers every day.

Your duties include;

• Careful finishing of products with techniques such as milling, sawing, drilling and polishing.
• Carrying out strict quality controls on both the products and the tools used.
• Closely following health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

About the client

You will work for our client in Alphen aan den Rijn. They are a leading player in the production of materials such as plastics, carbon and glass fibers. Our client focuses on supplying high-quality products to various industrial sectors.

You will work in a team known for its collaboration and support.

The working days are from Monday to Friday, where you work 8 hours a day. You can indicate in consultation when you prefer to start your working day, as long as it is between 07:00 and 09:00.

What we offer you:

• A gross salary between €2,300 and €2,500 per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience; 
• Flexibility in working hours, you can choose to start between 07:00 - 09:00;

What we ask of you:

• A VMBO/MBO thinking level, preferably with experience in production work;
• You have a sharp eye for detail and are physically able to perform intensive tasks;
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• In possession of a forklift certificate or willing to obtain one in the short term.
