assistant logistics team leader

We are looking for a logistics leader who is ready to take the next step within his position in logistics.

We are looking for an assistant team leader for a large international logistics company in Zwolle . This company processes valuable packages from large to small. Depending on the crowds, the teams are between 6 to 8 people.

As an assistant team leader, you are the team leader's cooperative right hand. In the absence of the team leader, you know how to keep everything on track and provide guidance to the team. This also involves administration so that all packages are processed properly in the system. This is a full-time job for a longer period of time with multiple career opportunities. Perhaps you are the team leader of the future for good birth!

The work is in 4 shifts in Zwolle and the working hours are:

07:00 – 15:00
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the client

Our client is a major international player in logistics. There is a pleasant atmosphere and there is a lot of cooperation. Every week the whole team eats fish or chips during lunch. 

What we offer you:

• A salary between € 2321 and € 2901 gross per month, based on a full-time working week; 
• A shift allowance of 17% for every hour worked;
• The opportunity to be employed by the client if there is mutual satisfaction;
• Travel expenses reimbursement from 10 km on the basis of a fixed scale;
• Building reservations; 26 vacation days based on full-time employment and accrual of 8.33% in vacation pay;
• Pension accrual from your first working day. 

What we ask of you:

• Some experience in logistics is desirable to manage the team;
• You are available full-time and can work all shifts;
• You work with the team and ensure that you and your colleagues work in a safe and responsible manner;
• You ensure that the valuable packages are handled correctly.
