Team Leader

What does the role as team leader look like:

You will work at the warehouse in Tiel with an area of ​​approximately 23,000 m2. Here you will manage approximately 20 warehouse operators and report directly to the operations manager. It is important that your team knows they can come to you; you ensure that they are in the right place, so that they perform optimally. In addition, you regularly interact with fellow team leaders to discuss developments, bottlenecks and daily tasks during the day.

Your most important tasks:

• Identifying areas for improvement and bottlenecks in processes.
• Monitoring performance and organizing training.
• Ensuring safety in the workplace.
• Guiding your team members towards growth and development.
• Conducting discussions about absenteeism, assessments and performance.
• Planning training and maintaining administration.
