Calculator

At our Disaster Recovery department, no day is the same for a Calculator. You are responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets for recovery work after disasters. You regularly visit various damage projects to estimate the extent of the damage and determine what is needed for repair. Sometimes you work together with colleagues such as damage repair managers, project leaders or executors, who give you input for the calculation phase. You request quotes, consult the material stock and the planning department, and ensure that you have all the necessary information for a thorough calculation. Your work lays the foundation on which implementation can build. So it really is a team effort! Together with your Calculators colleagues, you support the branches in Almere , Badhoevedorp and Apeldoorn . So you are regularly at one of these locations, but your permanent location is Badhoevedorp .

Your profile:

To be successful as a Calculator, you have a keen eye for detail and work accurately. You have good communication skills and stay informed of the latest developments in construction technology and materials.

What we ask of you:

• HBO working and thinking level.
• Preferably several years of demonstrable work experience in a similar position.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
• A FULL VCA diploma or the willingness to obtain one.
