Sales Support Employee

Under the guidance of the Sales Support Export Team Leader, you work together with the Export Sales team and colleagues from sales support to achieve customer satisfaction and turnover goals for your customers in different countries.

What are you going to do?

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide them with information.
• Accurate and timely registration of customer data.
• Carrying out various administrative tasks.
• Sending order confirmations and following up on customer orders.
• Ensuring correct handling of complaints and improving customer satisfaction.

What we ask of you:
