Sales coach

As a team leader in our sales department, you coach your team of driven salespeople. As a true leader, you set a good example on the line and motivate your team to achieve the best results. You see what needs your people have and know better than anyone else how to offer that personal attention.

As a sales coach, you are responsible for managing, motivating and coaching your team of commercial employees. You provide an ideal working environment in which employees are stimulated and motivated to perform every day and achieve your goals. In addition, you set a good example in practice, pursue commercial objectives and report this to the sales manager.

What are you going to do?

• You lead your team, including training, coaching and performance assessment;
• You motivate your team to achieve individual and team goals;
• You ensure that customer satisfaction and service remain high at all times;
• You analyze your performance and implement improvement plans to improve results;
• You develop and implement new strategies, sales games and incentives to increase sales;
• You keep an overview of your customer base and know how to identify potential key accounts;
• You report your results to the sales manager.

What we ask of you:

• You have more than 2 years of managerial experience in a commercial environment;
• You are energetic and know how to motivate people;
• You are available full-time (40 hours) and live in Breda or surrounding area;
• Do you have knowledge of Salesforce and/or Navision? That's an advantage!
