As a packer you are responsible for a range of important tasks, including:

• Carefully packing and, if necessary, repacking different types of cookies, with an eye for detail and quality.
• Ensuring that the right cookies end up in the right packaging and boxes, according to established procedures and specifications.
• Carrying out regular checks on the packaged biscuits to ensure that they meet the required quality standards and safety regulations.
• The timely and efficient replenishment of packaging materials, such as foil and boxes, to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Proactively identifying and solving minor technical problems and malfunctions on the packaging machines and reporting any larger problems to the technical service for further follow-up.

With your accuracy, dedication and problem-solving skills, you contribute to the smooth running of the production process and the delivery of top quality cookies to customers.

About the client

Biscuit International is a European bakery group specialized in the production of biscuits, bread substitutes and toast. The production of cookies is located in Rucphen , such as classics such as stroopwafels, speculaas and ginger cookies. They focus on private label products and on a number of wonderful brands such as Haust, Kanjers, Buys, Bussink and Brinky. The Dutch cookie and biscuit market is a thriving industry and includes a wide range of traditional and innovative sweet treats. 

What we offer you:

• This position offers the possibility of an appointment with the client;
• You work in different shifts: from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM;
• The salary varies between € 14.97 and € 16.01 gross per hour (incl. ADV surcharge), depending on your experience;
• In addition, you will receive a shift allowance of 38% after 6:00 PM, so you earn € 19.80 per hour;

What we ask of you:

• Some experience in a production environment and within the food industry is a plus;
• A good command of the Dutch language or excellent English;
• Available at least 2 days a week, but flexible in days and times.
