Assistant Team Leader Production (Modular Construction)

Your main tasks include managing both foremen of the construction team in the production hall, as well as instructing and assigning new employees to the production process/construction team. Naturally, you do the latter in consultation and consultation with the foremen. In addition, you are responsible for monitoring the details of upcoming projects and for proactively reporting any deviations in the production process. In your role as Assistant Production Team Leader, you also monitor the stock of equipment and communicate relevant information back to the team leader. Finally, you supervise and control the production process, working closely with the foremen. You always ensure that your team leader is informed and you are ultimately responsible for checking products for accuracy.

You work closely with a team of professionals and have the following responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure accurate dimensions and finishing details.
• Directing and motivating production employees.
• Assist in preparing production schedules.
• Monitor the quality of work and compliance with safety regulations.
• Report to the Foreman and assist with project coordination.
• Actief contribute to efficient workflow and problem solving.

What we ask of you:

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably as a carpenter.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Coordinating/managerial qualities or willing to learn this
• Solid insight into construction processes and materials.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
