As an operator you are responsible for the operational process within the production department. You operate the production machines to ensure that the processes run smoothly and that the fresh products are processed correctly. In the event of any malfunctions, you ensure that the malfunction is resolved quickly and efficiently, so that the production process can be resumed. In between, you keep an eye on the quality of the products and take action if necessary. If you notice areas for improvement, discuss them with the team leader so that you can work together to create a well-functioning and pleasant working environment.

The company where you will work is a real family business and has two locations, with a total of 650 employees. You will work at the location in Kapelle , a small village here in Zeeland .
