Installation technology planner

The group of technicians at our client is growing. That is why we are looking for a planner/telephone operator who can ensure everything runs smoothly for the service department. As a planner, you are the lynchpin who ensures that our daily chores run smoothly. Tackling unexpected problems and juggling different tasks is a piece of cake for you. What does this role actually entail?

As a planner, you face the challenge of arranging the planning of 10 enthusiastic technicians. If someone drops out, we count on you to quickly come up with a smart solution. You arrange all appointments and jobs for our field service team and keep the lines open with other companies and institutions.

To perform this job, a few skills are important:

• Working under pressure: you switch quickly and stay cool when things unexpectedly turn upside down.
• Setting priorities: you can accurately assess what has priority and work independently. But at the same time you are a team player who can work well with colleagues.
• Tight planning: arranging tasks and performing under pressure? That's totally your thing.

What are you taking with you?

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level
• Demonstrable experience as a planner or operator
• Knowledge of the installation world is an advantage
• Stress resistance and patience
• Planning and organizational insight
