Construction executor

As a Construction Manager, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of construction projects. From the start-up phase to delivery, you are the point of contact on the construction site. You ensure efficient planning and organization of activities, monitor the progress, quality and budget of the project. You are able to anticipate potential problems and solve them proactively. In addition, you ensure a safe working environment and are responsible for compliance with laws and regulations in the field of safety, health and the environment. You are skilled in documenting and reporting the requested information. 

Furthermore, we would like you to possess the following qualities:

• You have good social skills and you switch effortlessly between customers, colleagues and suppliers.
• You are responsible and see each project as your own undertaking.
• You think customer-oriented and are direct in your dealings.
• You show initiative and are able to suggest and implement improvements yourself.
• You convey your enthusiasm to all members of your team, you are the captain who brings out the best in his colleagues.

What we ask of you:

• At least a completed MBO education in Construction Engineering or comparable.
• Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials and techniques.
• Good communication skills.
• In possession of VCA-VOL and driving license B.
