As an operator at SIG you play a crucial role in the production process of plastic food packaging, your tasks include:

• Responsible for operating, checking and maintaining various production machines;
• Setting up machines, carrying out quality checks and resolving any malfunctions;
• Ensuring a continuous process flow;
• Proactively think along and make improvement proposals;
• Promoting output;
• Following strict safety, quality and efficiency guidelines to ensure smooth production and high-quality end products.

What we offer you:

• A full-time  job in a 3-shift system (06:00-14:00 | 14:00-22:00 | 22:00-06:00) ;
• A gross monthly salary between € 2,710 - € 3,190 including 20% ​​shift allowance;
• 8.33% holiday pay;
• 25 vacation days per year on a full-time basis;
• Travel costs outside Tilburg € 0.23 per km (with a maximum of 30 km one way) ;

What we ask of you:

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction;
• Experience as an operator in a production environment is an advantage;
• Technical insight and problem-solving ability;
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
• Willing to work full-time in a 3-shift system;
• An eye for quality, safety and efficiency.
