• Efficient monitoring and control of the production process.
• Active involvement in all phases of the production process.
• Proactively addressing operational challenges and striving to optimize efficiency.

What we offer you:

• Attractive salary between €2,741 and €3,287 gross per month, depending on experience and education.
• Shift allowance of 21.9%.
• Travel allowance, 8% holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus of 4%.
• 24 vacation days based on full-time employment.
• Directly employed by the client.

What we ask of you:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as an Operator or the drive to learn the trade.
• You have a VAPRO diploma or similar. 
• You are willing to work in 2 shifts
• You have strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
