Carpenter renovation and maintenance

As a Renovation and Maintenance Carpenter you are responsible for carrying out various carpentry work in renovation and maintenance projects. You work closely with a team of professionals and contribute to the preservation and improvement of buildings. Your tasks include restoring woodwork, replacing window frames, carrying out wood rot repairs, installing insulation and other carpentry work. With your craftsmanship and eye for detail, you make a valuable contribution to the transformation and preservation of buildings.

With a rich history of craftsmanship and a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we strive to preserve historic properties and renovate modern buildings. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Renovation and Maintenance Carpenter who has a passion for the preservation and transformation of buildings.

What we offer you:

• A challenging and varied position.
• Salary of €3,100 - €3,500 per month, in accordance with the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labor Agreement
• Mileage allowance of €0.32 per km.
• Construction pension from your first working day (BPF Construction)

• Weekly or 4-weekly payment 
• Permanent contact person within Actief Werkt! Technology (Construction department Emmen)

What we ask of you:

• Demonstrable experience as a carpenter, preferably in renovation and maintenance
• Knowledge of different renovation techniques and materials.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• In possession of VCA (Basic/VOL) or willing to obtain it via Actief Werkt! Technology
• In possession of driving license B and possibly BE
