As a team leader you have an important role in achieving production goals. You are responsible for achieving the objectives within your shift. Your experience with LEAN contributes to the success of the entire team.

A day as a team leader looks like this:

• Motivate, instruct and support your colleagues;
• Solving operational problems and implementing improvements;
• Conducting performance and absenteeism interviews; 
• Guaranteeing KPIs;
• Administrative work in the office, such as time processing.

About the client

It is a company with a dynamic environment where quality and teamwork come first, it is also very important to them that everyone enjoys their work. Within your team you will work with 15 to 20 permanent employees and 10 to 15 temporary workers. You will work in a 3-shift system based on 36 hours per week. 

What we offer you:

• A salary between € 2871 and € 4140 gross per month, depending on your experience;
• On top of the salary you will receive a 20% shift allowance;
• You will receive a company laptop;
• Pension accrual from day 1;
• A challenging position with a lot of responsibility;
• Directly under contract with the client;
• A 36-hour working week.

What we ask of you:

• MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a team leader;
• You have a background in the food industry;
• You have experience with LEAN;
• You have good computer skills.
