Job description:

As an industrial baker you are responsible for preparing and baking various types of cookies according to various recipes and quality standards. You work closely with other bakers and production employees to ensure an efficient production process.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing dough and batter according to established recipes and procedures.
• Operate and maintain industrial bakery machines and equipment.
• Monitoring the baking processes and the quality of the products.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
• Checking raw materials and inventory management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve production efficiency.

Biscuit International is a European bakery group specialized in the production of biscuits, bread substitutes and toast. The production of cookies is located in Rucphen , such as classics such as stroopwafels, speculaas and ginger cookies. They focus on private label products and on a number of wonderful brands such as Haust, Kanjers, Buys, Bussink and Brinky. The Dutch cake and biscuit market is a thriving industry and includes a wide range of traditional and innovative sweet treats.

• The starting salary is € 14.97 gross per hour (incl. ADV allowance);
• That's not all, because you receive a shift allowance of 38% after 6:00 PM, which means you earn € 19.80 per hour;

What we ask of you:

• Accuracy and an eye for detail;
• Knowledge and experience with industrial processes, preferably in the food industry;
• Good communication skills in English or Dutch; 
• Working independently is no problem for you;
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a 3-shift system;

(6:15 AM - 2:15 PM, 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM or from 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM)
