We are looking for a customer service employee for our customer in Bleiswijk . What makes this job so interesting? You get the opportunity to develop yourself in a growing company where no day is the same. You are the point of contact for our customers and ensure that everything runs smoothly. In addition, you can use your language skills, as some of the customers you speak to are French-speaking!

Your activities are:

  • Answering incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
  • Planning trips and other logistical activities
  • Handling complaints and returns
  • Support with administrative tasks

About the client

The client is a growing company that supplies and delivers white goods. The atmosphere is informal and you will work in a close-knit team. 

What we offer you:

  • A full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • A gross hourly wage of € 13.27
  • Travel allowance
  • Working in a close-knit team with growth ambitions

What we ask of you:

You strive for customer satisfaction and like to get things done. You also bring:

  • An MBO+ thinking level and at least two years of work experience in a similar position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Navision/Business Central is a plus
  • Good command of Dutch, English and French, both spoken and written
  • Accuracy and good communication skills
  • Independence and team spirit
  • Living in the area of Bleiswijk
