Front office employee Stip

Are you immediately available for a job for 32 or 40 hours per week? This is a temporary position until the end of September, in which you will help students at the Hogeschool Utrecht with their education-related questions. Working days are in consultation, so it would be nice if you could be flexible with this.

Students can contact the STIP (Student Information Point) with all their education-related questions by e-mail, telephone and at the desk. STIP strives for 100% student satisfaction. They want to achieve this by answering students' questions quickly, correctly the first time and in a pleasant and customer-friendly manner. For you, this means that you handle questions independently, that you forward students as little as possible, that you retrieve information yourself and thus actually help the student further. You answer questions that come in via e-mail and telephone.

What we offer you:

A varied position for 32 or 40 hours per week in which you can gain a lot of experience.

• Salary between € 2,417 - 3,309 gross based on 36 hours per week (scale 6) classification depending on your experience,
• Available for at least 32 hours;
• Travel allowance;
• End-of-year bonus 8.3%;

What we ask of you:

• You have an MBO work and thinking level;
• You have strong communication skills and are service-oriented;
• You are good with a computer and a new system soon no longer holds any secrets for you;
• You are stress-resistant, flexible and strong in your shoes;
• There is a peak during the summer holidays from 26/8 to 13/9. During these weeks you must be available full-time;
• If you go back to school after the summer, we will take this into account;
• You speak fluent Dutch and English.
