Garbage man

With us you can indicate your available days from Monday to Friday, if you are looking for a temporary job then this is no problem. At Blink in Helmond we would like to welcome you as a garbage collector, even if you do not fully master the Dutch language.

As a garbage collector, you will collect waste together with a driver and fellow loader, in Helmond and in the surrounding municipalities. The drivers leave at 7:15 am, so your working day starts at 7:00 am with a cup of coffee before you set off together. You work until the route is ready, usually you are back on location at Blink between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

What we offer you:

• Gross hourly wage of € 16.23 (for 21 years and older).
• For younger employees: €11.95 for 18-year-olds, €13.63 for 19-year-olds and €14.70 for 20-year-olds.
• Pension accrual from the first working day.
• Travel allowance from 10 kilometers (€ 0.21 per kilometer).
• 25 vacation days (on a full-time basis).
• Flexible working hours, both part-time and full-time negotiable.
• Outdoor work with a lot of physical activity.
• Possibility to start even if the Dutch language is not fully mastered, with options for Dutch language courses.

Do you dream of becoming a driver and driving the garbage truck yourself? If you have a valid B driving license, we offer you the opportunity to obtain your C and E driving license including Code 95 for FREE. Your training will start after signing a study agreement. Upon successful completion, a permanent full-time job awaits!

What we ask of you:

• You are in good physical condition. 
• You speak the Dutch or English language.
• You live in the region Helmond , Deurne , Laarbeek , Gemert , Bakel , Boekel , Lierop , or Lieshout .
