Planner

As a work planner you have an important role in the entire maintenance process. You are responsible for planning, materials and monitoring costs. With your architectural insight you ensure that the entire construction process fits together. You are responsible for coordinating this. You manage multiple projects, so you are expected to be able to keep an overview and organize well. The planning you have made also includes the correct calculations. One number in the wrong place can have enormous consequences.

You can work independently and have a proactive, flexible and results-oriented attitude. These competencies are the most important in this field of work.

The construction & contracting company has its working area in North Nederland , including the Wadden Islands. You will work on both business and private assignments. What we offer you:

• Salary of €3500 - €4500 per month, in accordance with the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labor Agreement
• Mileage allowance of €0.32 per km.
• Construction pension from your first working day (BPF Construction)

What we ask of you:

• At least 5 years of work experience as a work planner in construction
• Good communicative skills
• Numerical understanding
• Works accurately
• Technical skills and insight
