Customer service team leader

As a manager of the Customer Service Team, you play a crucial role in the success of our organization. You are the first point of contact for our valued customers and ensure that their questions and requests are handled in a timely manner. You also contribute to the development of the team, motivating and supporting them to get the best out of themselves.

You are not only there for our customers, but also for your team. By planning, coordinating and monitoring daily activities, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You monitor the processes within the team and continuously strive for improvement.

In addition to providing excellent service to our customers, you are also responsible for handling complaints, answering questions and preparing reports. You are proactive in informing customers about the status of their orders and stock, so they are always aware of the latest developments.

In a dynamic environment such as that of the company, identifying bottlenecks and offering appropriate solutions is essential. As a manager, you play an important role in this, making a difference with your positive attitude and decisiveness.
